Russell Crowe’s Fiancée Pushing Him to Undergo a Makeover as Wedding Day Nears
Russell Crowe’s fiancée, Britney Theriot, is desperate to groom the Gladiator star’s habits before tying the knot, sources tell Star.
“She’s applying gentle pressure” to the 60-year-old to smarten up before they walk down the aisle.
“His beard’s unkempt and he’s not toned, while she’s fit as a fiddle,” explains the source.
“He hasn’t been keeping up with his tennis game, which was one of the things they had in common — and he could stand a decent haircut.” However, pals have warned her the Aussie actor is only so suggestible.
“He went and lost weight like Britney wanted him to, but he resists being told how to manage his hygiene,” adds the source. It’s all frustrating for his fiancée, 33. “She loves Russell and wants to marry him, but he can be so stubborn sometimes.”
