The return of Revenge Body? Khloé Kardashian’s longtime trainer Gunnar Peterson would love to see it. The reality star, 40, sat down with the fitness pro for the April 3 ep of her Khloé in Wonder Land podcast and, among other things, discussed her own makeover after her 2013 split from Lamar Odom, 45. “I started really working out when I was going through my divorce,” she told Gunner. “And I remember that’s when I started to need those workouts.”

Good Reps

Khloé uses her own body weight doing five sets each of exercises like wall squats, squat jumps, pushups, mountain climbers, planks, dips and crunches, with 30-second breathers.

Family Time

Once a week, the mom of two, with ex Tristan Thompson, 34, will do cardio (she loves the Hydrow rowing machine). “I like working out and having my kids with me,” she told Gunnar. “It’s about showing them how to be active.”

Making It Work

The Kardashians star said she was shocked when her trainer didn’t push back at her for saying she hated riding a stationary bike. His rationale: There are other ways to get in cardio — find what you think is fun.

Press Ahead

The star has had to battle rumors she’s used weight-loss drugs to achieve her bod. “I’m like, it’s been a 10-year journey. What are you talking about?’” she’s said, joking, “I’m just mad [Ozempic] wasn’t around 10 years ago.”

Diet Plan

A self-described “emotional eater,” Khloé has said she “tried every diet under the sun…. I was always chasing some fad.” Now she eats sensibly, cutting out sugar and limiting carbs, but allows herself one “cheat meal” a week.
