Glenn Close Calls Kim Kardashian “Brilliant” After Sharing the Screen on All’s Fair

“I’m nervous. I’m actually really nervous,” Kim Kardashian fretted on a recent episode of The Kardashians. She had every right to be: The next day, the 44-year-old was going toe-to-toe with acting legend Glenn Close on the upcoming legal drama All’s Fair, from creator Ryan Murphy. After landing bit parts, the reality star received mixed reviews for her turn as a publicist in Murphy’s American Horror Story: Delicate, so the pressure was on. “I have to bring it,” said the mom of four.

Now Glenn has given her the official thumbs-up. At first, the eight-time Oscar nominee said she was “curious” about working with Kim. But once they got on set, the 78-year-old was nothing but impressed. Asked if she gave her younger costar acting tips, Glenn (with Kim and costar Niecy Nash, inset) was clear. “I would not presume to give Kim Kardashian advice,” she insisted. “I think she’s a very, very brilliant woman.” The Fatal Attraction star went on to call out the Skims founder’s skills as a businesswoman, law student and mother. The three-time Emmy winner said it was she who took inspiration from Kim. After seeing her costar’s glam look, Glenn said, “I’m thinking I want to do that!”
